BioSolveIT GmbH - FTreesXL

A beta version of the Feature Trees Graphical User Interface is now available. FTreesXL aims to provide seamless handling of extensive datasets for virtual screening and visual inspection of FTrees results. FTreesXL in this pre-release version allows you to:

	compile screening sets from multiple sources
	perform virtual screenings using FTrees
	sort and filter the data to narrow down hit-sets
	visually inspect the FTrees mappings
	cluster the data based on FTrees similarities
	export results for further processing

FTreesXL runs under Linux. We invite you to take a close look at the new interface and help us further develop and improve FTreesXL based on your feedback. Please request a trial copy here.

status & availability

FTreesXL 1.1.3 was released on 20.11.2008. It is available for LinuX x86.

If you would like to evaluate FTreesXL, or lease the software from us, you need to take the following steps:
